Over the years, MJK Contracting Pty Ltd has contributed to a wide range of projects across NSW, covering residential developments, civil infrastructure, public facilities, and large-scale government projects. One Circular Quay Development (2024)

A landmark development in Sydney’s iconic Circular Quay precinct, featuring a luxury hotel and residential tower. It will add premium accommodation and high-end living to the CBD skyline. The project is part of the transformation of Sydney’s harbourside.

Newmarket Randwick – Lendlease (2023)

A residential development within a masterplanned community in the heart of Randwick. The project features medium-rise apartments designed around heritage buildings and landscaped spaces. It aims to deliver quality urban living with access to nearby transport and amenities.

Liverpool Hospital Expansion – Stage 1 (2022)

This stage of the expansion involved upgrading one of Sydney’s major public hospitals. It included new clinical buildings, infrastructure systems, and improved patient care facilities. The project is part of the NSW Government’s broader investment in healthcare.

Concrete Panel Steel Fixing – Wexford Welding (2022)

A structural collaboration involving the installation of reinforced concrete panels for various projects. The work supported load-bearing and architectural components in commercial construction. It required precision and coordination with fabricators and site teams.

Art Gallery of NSW Roof Upgrade – Sydney Modern Project (2022)

Part of the major Sydney Modern expansion, this project involved upgrading the Art Gallery’s roof structure. It aimed to support new architectural elements and gallery spaces. The development enhances Sydney’s standing as a cultural and artistic destination.

Willowdale Aged Care Facility, Denham Court (2022)

A 144-bed, two-storey aged care development designed to provide modern residential and healthcare services. Facilities include a gym, cinema, café, and communal living areas. The project supports the growing demand for aged care in southwest Sydney.

Snowy Hydro 2.0 – Infrastructure Works (2022)

Snowy Hydro 2.0 is a nationally significant renewable energy project in the Snowy Mountains. Infrastructure works included the construction of slab foundations for workshops, accommodation camps, and service facilities. It expands Australia’s energy storage capacity through pumped hydro technology.

Aspen Village Development, 321 Units, ACT (2021)

Aspen Village is a large mixed-use residential and commercial precinct in Greenway, Canberra. The project features 321 apartments across multiple buildings, along with over 1,600 sqm of retail space. It was designed to create a vibrant urban lifestyle near Lake Tuggeranong.

Barangaroo Metro Station Box Construction (2020)

Located in Sydney’s CBD, this project is part of the Sydney Metro City & Southwest line. The station box includes excavation and structural works to support the future underground platforms and concourse. It is a critical element in the state’s public transport expansion.

Princes Highway Upgrade – Meroo Road Intersection, Nowra (2020)

A key road infrastructure project to improve safety and traffic flow in the Nowra region. It included construction of a new overpass bridge at the Meroo Road intersection. The project forms part of a broader upgrade to the Princes Highway in regional NSW.

Western Sydney Airport Infrastructure Works (2019)

This project supported the early stages of the Western Sydney International Airport development. Works included the construction of culverts and bridges beneath Badgerys Creek Road to enable essential services and drainage. It laid the groundwork for one of Australia’s most significant future transport hubs.

Riverstone Wastewater Treatment Plant – Sydney Water (2018)

This project was part of a $113 million investment to upgrade wastewater infrastructure in Sydney’s growing northwest. The development included new buildings, structures, and systems to expand the treatment capacity of the Riverstone plant. It played a key role in supporting future residential and commercial expansion in the region.

Parramatta Leagues Club Expansion (2018)

The expansion involved the redevelopment of club facilities, including the construction of a new seven-level car park. This upgrade aimed to improve accessibility and accommodate growing visitor demand. It formed part of a broader precinct enhancement in Western Sydney.
